Veteran’s Day Lesson Plan
Veteran’s
Day is such an amazing holiday to celebrate with my littles. It helps them
learning about the Amazing Men and Women that are/were in the military. We don’t
go into too much detail about what the military does, they are little. We just
say the protect us. I leave it like that, they don’t need to worry about the outside
stress of the world. They just need to know that they are safe. We talk about the
military members in the families of kids we have. We talk about the 5 branches
of the military, Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Air Forces, and Marines. We talk
about their vehicles and uniforms. We talk about how thankful we are for them.
