Twice Bake Potatoes

These are a family favorite!

Ingerdients

Here is what you need,
6 potatoes
Splash of milk
1 tbsp of sour cream
1 oz of cheesy melt


Wraping in foil





                         Step 1 ~Wrap all the potatoes in tin foil.



Step 2 ~ Bake them at 400* for 20-30 minutes until they indent when you touch them.



4 Potatoes out of the oven

Step 4 ~ Pull 4 out of the ovn to make into potatoes filling holders. Put two aside, for just potato filling.


Tracing the potato

Step 5 ~ Trace 1cm around the potato, so it is easier to scoop out the potato from it's skin.


Scoop out the potato


Step 6 ~ Scoop out the potato, leaving about a centermeter around the potato skin.



Other 2 potatoes


Step 7~ Peal the skins off the potato and dice them up.


Cheese, Sour Cream, and Potatoes
Step 8 ~ in a mixing bowl add cheese, sour cream and potatoes. Add milk, salt, and pepper a little at a time until you have the right tastes and consistency for your liking.

Adding milk

I like it smooth, therefore I add about 3 tbsp of milk.

Scoop potato filling into potatoes
Step 9 ~ Scoop Potato Filling into the potato skins


                                                         Step 10 ~ Cook at 350* for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy
