After picking all those peaches, it is important to clean them. This is an easy process and makes me feel 100 times better when I can them because I know they were clean.
All you need is 2 things, water and vinegar. Here is what you do;
Clean your sink out, give it a good scrubbing to make sure it is clean and everything is out of it. Then fill it up with room temperature water. |
Add 1/2 vinegar to the water. |
Let them soak for 10 minutes. |
Then rinse them off. |
Let dry |
There you have it clean peaches, ready to eat, cooked, or canned!
