Wedding Wednesday- Save the Date Ideas

After looking a lot online and trying to figure out what hubby and I like the most. We decided we want to make our own save the dates. Luckily I have an awesome cousin who is fantastic at crafts. She helped me figure out what I needed to make the save the dates and how to make them. She also help me figure out how I want to make my invitations!

Idea 1 for the Save the Date, I love this!
We went to Michael's and bought everything I need for my save the dates and my invitations. You want to guess the final cost? $30!! Yes that's right $30 for 50+ save the dates and invitations.
Hubby and I have decided to break down the invitations and save the dates in half. We have 10 months to make all the invitations. We also have five months to make the save the dates. We are hoping to have the save the dates done by April. After they are finished then I worry about the invitations.

Idea 2 for Save the Dates
We are combining the two ideas into our own idea for our Save the Dates. Just wait until you see our design!!

Daily Goals ~ Monday, February, 24, 2014

Good Morning, how was your weekend? Mine was long,  Hubby and I butted heads a lot. See I have been truly struggling with an issue, and honestly that's why I started blogging in the first place. When I also my daughter because of the court (50/50), I lost myself too. I know that might sound weird. Being a mom is what I was and was good at. To have someone, take that from me is hard to over coming. I know I'm still a mom and it is what best for her. I just can't figure out what my place is. I have an amazing hubby that has supported me though this, but I just can't figure it out. I think last night we it, the feeling on the head. I honestly don't feel like I'm worth anything. Yes that sounds crazy, but I can't see what my point is. It sounds crazy, because I can tell you everything I do and still I feel like someone can just replace me. I know this is a journey and I have to find myself worth back, I just don't know how. That's what going on here, what going on where you are at.

Today's Goals
  1. Work~ I work from 9am-2
  2. Gym~ I am going to hit the gym tonight. Cardio and legs
  3. Make dinner~ I don't know what yet, but time to cook something good.
  4. Plant some of my seeds in the garden.
I know personal I have a lot of things to figure out but I will get there.

Daily goals- Thursday, February 19th, 2014

Good morning! Hope you're having a good morning this morning for me was super busy. I ended up hitting the dollar store last night's the giant and getting a lot of cheap items! So on top of all my morning chores I had to put away the groceries too. But we did make it to the gym last night!
Today's goals
1. Work- today I work from 8 AM until 6 PM.
2. Make dinner- today I'm going to do porkchops mashed potatoes and some veggie out of the freezer. It sounds so good!
3. Cleaning- clean the living room. Last night we didn't end up doing anything but going to the gym by time we got home it was 9 o'clock and Hubby and I both work so we decided to go to bed. Therefore tonight we will be cleaning!
4. Couponing- friday is my run around today and there are a lot of coupons that I would like to use. Therefore today I want to organize all my coupons and get them ready to go to the stores.

I'm only setting for goals today because tonight I'm really going to focus on picking up the house. Little one has a friend coming over tomorrow so I don't want the house to be a huge mess.

Wedding Wednesday- it's finally over!

No I am not talking about my own wedding! My brother and sister-in-law's wedding is finally over. They announced their wedding and wedding date two days after I announced ours and they're waiting to eat was a month before we originally wanted ours. And yes that's set the tone for the whole entire time that they were planning their wedding. It was so frustrating that hubby and I decided that we wanted to push her wedding back a year to give them time to get over theirs and when to cut a lot of fighting and arguing out.
They had an amazing wedding and I'm happy for them. It was everything they wanted and everything they deserved.
I put a lot of time in helping her figure out what she wanted the way she wanted her wedding and put our wedding on the back burner. I also learned a lot of things through their wedding that I would not want to happen at mine.
Now though it's time to focus on my wedding and the way hubby and I plan our day to go! I can't wait

Daily goals- Wednesday, February 19, 2014

Getting out of bed was so hard this morning!! Mornings like that are so hard because I know there's a list of things I have to do but I just want to sleep. But I did end up getting up in enough time to do all my morning chores. What makes you get out of bed on mornings he just don't feel like it?
Today's goals
1. Work- today I work from 8 AM until 6 PM. It's just me and my little man today so it should be a nice quiet easy day.
2. Work out- today I want to hit the gym this is probably going to be the hardest time because hubby has to work today and he's not going to want to go. But I half to go I want to lose the weight to fit into the wedding dress that I want to where they have to go to the gym!
3. Giant- I have some rain checks that I'm hoping to get filled in a coupon plan hoping that I will be able to get enough gas points to have free gas again this week.
4. Cleaning- I want to pick up the living room tonight and vacuum.
5. Pets- it's too cold today to take the dog for a walk so I'm hoping to get 15 minutes of training in for him. That way he gets a good work out. And him and I get one on one time.

To snowy to be doing anything in the garden right now so all I'm doing for my garden is researching and learning more about the plants I hoping to grow. What are you doing today?

Gardening tip - What Seeds you Should Soak Before Planting

I have see this photo everywhere thank you to the person that make it

I would Recommend you to print this out and put it were you are have your seeds stored. Some of these seeds I would never have thought about soaking. Like corn, I have never soaked, but this year I will give it a try.
What do you normal soak before you plan them? Have you started any seeds in the house yet?
