Gardening ~ Planting White Strawberry

I'm so excited! I got my strawberry seeds in the mail! Hubby spoils me so much, he just ordered them out of the blue for me!

Strawberry Seeds
I had to plant them right away, I was just so excited. I never planted strawberries form seeds so I hope it not that hard.
Checking out the seeds to make sure they are good
I check the seeds, like always. They are so tiny.
My seeds in the dirt
I could just get 2 in a cell, there are a few more 2 in each cell. I covered them very lightly. Then put them under my grow lights!

The are suppose to be white instead of red! I can't to see how the turn out. Wish me luck!!

Copycat Wawa Veggie Bagel

This is my favorite breakfast meal right now. I went to Wawa 2 weeks ago and found this on their menu you tried it and loved it! MMmmm Then the next week, I stopped at Wawa for one. But at $2.99 a piece, it was adding up and taking my $150 a month budget. I need to stop. Here is my recipe for it,

Stuff needed to make the Veggie Bagel
Ingredient Need
1-2 Tbsps of Veggie cream cheese
1 toast everything bagel
6 slices of cucumbers
2 slices of tomato

Everything Bagel with Veggie cream cheese
This is so easy to make! Put the cream cheese on the bagel.

Then add the tomatoes and cucumber!

Your done! Enjoy! It is so good, even my little ones even loved it. It only cost $8.00 to make 5, and will be so much cheaper once my tomatoes and cucumbers start to grow. I can't wait.

Gardening Tip - Apron

While reading Week-by-Week Vegetable Gardener’s Handbook, I came across a great tip. Which was to use a hardware store apron while planting your seeds. The reason being there are pockets that you can put pen, you seed pack and tools in the pockets. This would make it easier to have everything on you while you planting your seeds.
How do you keep your organized while you plant your seeds?

Chicken pram

Hubby was in the mood for chicken Parm, and I had everything to make it. There for it went on this weeks menu! I turned out great! Here is how I make my chicken parm, this will feed hubby and I 2 dinner and a lunch. Cass isn't home this week so it perfect!

Ingredients you need
1 jar of pasta sauce
1/2 box of spaghetti noddles
2 chicken breast
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese shredded.

Step 1- Cut any fat off the chicken and butterfly it.

Step 2 - Cover chicken with breadcrumbs. I get the chicken wet first then cover it.

Step 3- Bake it in the oven for 25-35 mins or until it is no longer pink inside.

Step 4- Cook noodle as directed on box, while the chicken is cooking.

Step 5 - Mix spaghettis and pasta sauce in sprayed casserole dish.

Step 6 - Put the cooked chicken on top and cover with the cheese.

Step 7 - Cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and your done! Mmmmm
