Monthly Goals for November 2015

November is going to be a busy month. I have set a lot of goals this month. There is a lot going on too. My favorite holiday is this month! It is Thanksgiving. I love Thanksgiving it is the only holiday that can't be over taking by gifts. 😊
Start of my monthly goals for my binder
Monthly Goals
  1.  Workout- I want to workout everyday according to the T25 workout program. The days I workout I will mark with a sticker.
  2. Cooking- stick to my monthly menu and don't eat out. If I stick to the menu I will be on THM most of the time. This will help me get healthlier.
  3. Healthy Eating - Eat every 3 hours, and try to keep it on my THM program. Also I want to work on giving up sugar. This will be hard because I'm not going to add any stevia to my diet right now.
  4. Personal - I want to take a weekly photo of how I'm doing with losing weight as getting healthier. I also want to only use the scale once a week.
  5. Gardening- start to post more with what is going on in my garden. I really have not  been posting what I'm doing.
  6. Gardening - I want to pick 5 things this month to learn about and post something I learned about them daily on Facebook.
  7. Gardening -  I want to plant Mums and mulch around my fruit trees.
  8. Church - I want to have my weekly lesson plans planned by Wednesday of each week.
  9. Home - I want to keep up on keeping the house clean and stick to the cleaning schedules.
  10. Family - I want to have a Family Home Evening (FHM) once a week.

These are the major things I would like to do this month. This helps me sticking to my yearly goals by breaking them down. I also can feel like I did something this month and not let the holiday stuff over take me. What are your goals in November?

Workout Thursday

Don't judge me to much for the pictures. I am trying to lose weight for the wedding! I weight 160+ for my brother wedding. I'm hoping to weight 120 or lower for my wedding. Now before anyone says anything 110-120 is perfect weight for my size. I'm only 5'1''.

I am using Trim and Healthy Mama. I love this deit. I can eat and eat well. The food I eat is really. I have 2-3 eggs for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch, then a protein shake (blueberry, yogurt, and protein powder), and then chicken stuff with mushrooms, and spaghetti squash with mushroom sauce. Mmmm

I am using Pact to help me focus on staying on tract. You make a pact to work out x amount of days. Then if you don't do it you pay $5 per day you miss. If you don't you can make a little money. I help me stay focus, because I hate wasting money.

I have been using slim 6 for about a month. Okay I'm not great at working out and today was the frist week I worked out 4 days in a row. So don't judge me to much on not losing it as fast as she is.

Work it off Thursday- weight in

It has been almost one and half months on Trim healthy Mama diet. As you can see form this weeks menu, I'm finally fully on the diet. The food taste great and I'm not starving! That's the best part of the diet. I'm losing the weight and it's staying off.

My brother wedding and today lost of 8lbs!!

I am also working out still. I am doing 10 minute workouts. Each day I do either abs, arms, and legs. This way I am focusing on one part of my body every day. 10 minutes are very do able, an I get a good workout in.

This is the video I did for my arm workout

On top of the diet, I'm walking the dog 3 times a week. The dog is loving the walk. He is the best partner too! He is happy to walk with me too. It also gives us great one on one to work on his commands. I make him sit before we cross every road. I work on heal, come, and leave it, with him to while we are walking.

TwoGrand app

I have also changes the app that I'm using to help me stay accountable. I'm using TwoGrand. It is free and you can post you meals. This app you don't worrying about logging the calories. Plus I love looking at what others are eating to get ideas! If you want you can look follow me at Missy22giggles.

Working it off Thursday

I have found a workout program that has been working for me. I am doing great! I have lost 6.6lbs. I feel great and my jeans are lose! I'm so happy.

Wohoo I have lost 6.6lbs so far!!

What am I doing? I'm logging what I eat everyday. Yes, it may tae a couple of minutes, but it is so easy with the Lose App. I just scan what I'm eating and it comes up. It is a free download too! Which makes it prefect for me. There are challenges, badges and even a place to make friends! I love it.

I have also been eating soup for lunch everyday. It has helped so much, because I'm saving 150-200 calories a day. I'm like the commercial, I'm one the chicken noddle diet, but some times it is Wedding Soup diet.

The other thing is drinking water. I now you are told to drink a lot of water when you are losing weight. I personal only thought that was to help you when you workout. Well was I wrong, I drink 8-10 cups a water a day, and I'm not as hungry as I normal would be. It is so nice.

The last thing is going to the gym! Hubby and I have gotten to the gym 3 times a week. It is so nice, to get that time together. He is like my personal trainer (all that military can help somewhere). I have to remind myself the sore is a good feeling the next day. That is the hardest part!

I'm excited to see it coming off and yes I have had a set back over the weekend and did my binge eating this weekend. Hubby business plans went down the drain and it was because I wasn't ok with being a sheep. Man that pie was good. But my friend was right and I got out of the mood, went to the gym and back on track. How are you doing with your workout goals?
