Growing Vegetable from Scraps

What do you do after cut the ends of lettuce, celery, carrots and green onions? Up until a month ago, they would normal go in the compost bin. I decide to try to grow them.
It wasn't hard to do. You just put the end of the veggie into the water and put it in sunlight.

You should really try this! It works great. Will save you money on your grocery bills. :)
