Monday 
Bagel with cream cheese
Mac & Cheese, Celery Sticks
Veggie Lasagna, salad

Tuesday
Cereal with Banana
Chicken Nuggets, mix veggies
Leftovers

Wendesday
 Bagel with cream cheese
Chicken Noddle Soup, crackers
Beef with Sweet potatoes, and spinach

Thursday
Eggs
Grilled Cheese, green peppers
Leftovers

Friday
Pancakes (make big patch for freezer meal)
Raviolis, salad
Tuna Pasta Helper, salad

Saturday
Cereal
Ramon Noddles, peppers
Leftovers

Sunday
Pancakes (from Freezer)
Leftovers

Freezer Meals
Veggie Lasagna (make double recipe)
Pancake (big batch)

Having a meal plan will help me keep to my meal budget of $150 a month and will help me make better choices on food and help me lose the 12 lbs this year!
