1/2 cup cook marsala
2 chicken beast
2 Tbsp oregano
1 pack of mushrooms (1 cup)
4 tbsp Olive Oil
salt & pepper to taste

|Raising the chicken|
I rinse the chicken instead of putting it in milk And egg. I personally think that it same and you don't have those extra calories.
|Breading the Chicken|
Then you bread the chicken you just put the chicken in shallow pan and cover it with flour.
|Butter and oil|
In a deep pan on medium heat,you add olive oil and butter. You want to heated until the butter is melted into the oil and they both are hot.
Add the chicken to the warm butter and oil cook the chicken until it is brown on the one side.
|Flipping the chicken|
Flip the chicken to the other side and start to brown it.
|Cooking With mushrooms|
Add the mushrooms to the chicken as soon as you flip chicken.
Add the Marsala to the pan.
Add the cooking sherry to the pan
After adding everything to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through. Make sure you turn it at least one more time.
Made by half a box of pasta to put the chicken on. Cook according to the box of pasta.
