Chicken Marsala

This recipe comes from one of my boss's recipe cards. We have have this several times and love it! It is costly to buy what you need at first but you get at least 2-3 use out of it.

What you need 1/4 cup cooking sherry
1/2 cup cook marsala
2 chicken beast
2 Tbsp oregano
1 pack of mushrooms (1 cup)
1/4 flour
4 tbsp Olive Oil
4tbsp butter
salt & pepper to taste

beating the meat
You want to flaten the meat to 1/4 inch thick.

You want to put the flour in a shallow dish, it is the base for the breading for the chicken.

Oregano, salt, and pepper
Add the oregano, salt and pepper to the flour.

Stir together.

Raising the chicken

I rinse the chicken instead of putting it in milk And egg. I personally think that it same and you don't have those extra calories.

Breading the Chicken

Then you bread the chicken you just put the chicken in shallow pan and cover it with flour.

Butter and oil

In a deep pan on medium heat,you add olive oil and butter. You want to heated until the butter is melted into the oil and they both are hot.

Cooking Chicken

Add the chicken to the warm butter and oil cook the chicken until it is brown on the one side.

Flipping the chicken

Flip the chicken to the other side and start to brown it.

Cooking With mushrooms

Add the mushrooms to the chicken as soon as you flip chicken.



Add the Marsala to the pan.

Cooking Sherry

Add the cooking sherry to the pan

After adding everything to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through. Make sure you turn it at least one more time.

Making pasta

Made by half a box of pasta to put the chicken on. Cook according to the box of pasta.

Ready to take home and eat

Now the chicken is done and ready to eat unless your me, you have to take eat it at home. Enjoy your yummy chicken :)
